Membership Matters
Membership in YMRA is easy and inexpensive. We serve a community with over 4,200 mobile home space, and 6,300 residents in the City of Yucaipa and are devoted to advocating for mobile home residents throughout the area. We are the voice for families, seniors, veterans, people with disabilities, and folks on low or fixed incomes living in our mobile home park communities. Three types of memberships to suit everyones needs.
Benefits for YMRA members:
1. As a member you'll have access to up-to-date information about events, developments, and issues affecting mobile home residents in Yucaipa and California. This can include changes in local regulations, community events or important news relevant to mobile park living.
2. Community Support: YMRA provides a platform for residents to connect and support each other. By joining, you become part of a community of fellow mobile home residents who shared similar concerns and interests.
3. Advocacy and Representation: Being a member of YMRA means having a collective voice when it comes to advocating for the interests of mobile home residents. The association can represent the collective concerns of its members when dealing with local authorities, park management and other stakeholders, potentially leading to better outcomes for residents.
4. Whether it’s' educational materials and presentations, legal resources or assistance in understanding rights and responsibilities as a mobile home resident, YMRA provides valuable resources to its members.

To join YMRA or renew your membership, send $9.00 for each adult in your home who wishes to join along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to YMRA, P.O. Box 1052, Yucaipa, CA 92399
Include your name, park and space #, phone number and email in your membership request.
You can also join or renew your membership while attending the monthly YMRA meeting.
Membership is valid for 14 months from the date you join.
